Pregnancy Checklist. Week #19
1. I’m staying hydrated! I’ve noticed that if I don’t, my hands and feet can start to swell, and I get leg cramps. If I start to notice those symptoms, I refill my water bottle and drink up.
2. I’ve researched online and asked my mom friends where the best places are to get discount prices on cute baby clothes.
3. I’ve learned about baby hygiene and care. I’m feeling slightly less intimidated by the rectal thermometer in my baby care kit.

4. I’ve researched baby monitors. I’ve thought about what features I want in a monitor, like video, sound, or music.
5. My baby can hear me now! I’ve started singing and talking to my baby regularly (but only when nobody can hear me. Mostly).
6. I’m looking into mommy & me classes in my area and thinking about which ones I might want to take after baby arrives. It’s tough to decide between music, exercise, and Baby Sign Language!
7. I’m working on strengthening my relationship with my partner and setting the foundation for our relationship as co-parents. I made a list of things I love about him, and I’ve told him why I think he’ll be a great parent.
