    Well I am just starting. I am a firm believer that I can still lose weight and eat what I want just in moderations. As for my workout plan I'm still developing it, since I haven't done any physical training in awhile since I was in the Army. I just want to make sure I am shedding the pounds and toning at the same time. Do you have any ideas?

    Sport: I like all types of soccer, basketball, volleyball, and baseball

    I like running trail runs... Only bad thing I am in CA so their isn't nice trail runs like WA.....
    I enjoy dancing which is good for cardio... I just need to implement some weight training.... Thats where I might have issues keeping up with....
