Oooo here we go.. I love to dive into this :) hehe Heather.. google barre3! It's an amazing workout you can do AT HOME! It has elements of yoga, pilates and ballet moves and it completely tunes into a woman's body! I did barre3 ALL throughout my pregnancy, literally at 9 months was doing planks on the floor :) And now I am back and better than ever post baby! I started back up doing it 8 weeks after I had Monroe!
Hey now girl... you had a BABY! Don't beat yourself up.. we are totally here to support you.. you are going to do great and shed whatever weight you like! What kind of diet are you doing, Heather?
I'm actually not on a specific diet just cutting out unhealthy things and drinking more water. But people tend to fall off with no real structure you know
That's great!!! I posted above about what workout I do :) I also recently cut out carbs and grains.. and dairy too.. I know it sounds SO hard.. but it's been so worth it!
Don't think of it as dieting, think of it as healthy eating and exercising! You will have more fun if you don't think of it as dieting.
Yeah, it's hard for sure! Good luck! I've lost 30 so far myself! Trying to get in shape before I get pregnant in a year or two.
Thanks so much for the advice Nd support everyone. I also struggle when I go to the supermarket. I have no idea what to eat anymore
