Basically, there are no extra 'tricks' to conceive after miscarriage. I know it feels SO MUCH harder the second time around, but it's (medically, and statistically) no harder. Try to stay low stress, make sure your ready to be pregnant/have a baby again, and get your body ready for another baby.

The reality of it is, almost 50% of pregnancies end in miscarriage an OVERWHELMING majority of them in the first 12 weeks. After having two in six months, I had a LONG talk with my OB/GYN about all of this, and basically that's what she told me. The other thing to keep in mind is that if you are miscarrying, that means you are conceiving and fertile. So don't let yourself think you're broken, you're not.

My tips for TTC after a miscarriage are to take it slow and wait until you're ready. Many women need time to grieve, and that's perfectly okay. Though it can be difficult not to stress after having a miscarriage, finding time to relax is very helpful to trying to conceive. Make sure you make time to talk with your partner to share and receive support also.
