Frequent position changes will help with abdominal pressure. Try different positions until you find some that are comfortable for you. Laying on your side, sitting on an exercise ball, squatting, sitting, getting on all fours, etc. Be creative when trying out different positions, you might be surprised at which positions give you relief.
