There are many natural ways to treat acid reflux during pregnancy. First I recommend eating small frequent meals. Avoid foods that trigger your reflux or that make it worse. Find foods that help reduce your reflux such as crackers or bread. Stay upright for at least 30minutes after eating. I eat a spoonful of raw honey to help treat acid reflux and it really works for me. My husband drinks a few gulps of apple cider vinegar to treat his reflux. Different things work for different people to experiment with different things and keep a food journal to help identify triggers.
