Fish are high in Omega-3 Fatty acids and that helps to promote brain development, boost immunity and vision.

The best thing to do is give your child low-mercury fish.

Once formula or breastmilk is no longer their main source of food, it is recommended to give the child 6 to 7 ounces of fish a week.
