I bake the turkey at about 350 degrees until the juices were clear and it was cooked all the way through. For added safety the internal temperature should be 165 degrees.

Then once meat is done and cooled, I puree with blender adding 1/4 cup of water to help give it a thin consistency that your baby needs.

Then freeze left over portions in an ice cube freezer tray. Thaw out what you need ahead of time in the fridge.
