A baby eating chocolate: how much is acceptable?

I am one of those rule followers, especially when it comes to my kids. My son did not have sweets until his first birthday. My daughter will be the same. Even now dessert is reserved for special occasions or just once in awhile. Giving chocolate to a baby is just asking for trouble in my opinion.

My oldest sometimes has

problem with her stomach.

We know she is constipated when she can't eat. We figured out that her stomach is fairly intolerant to chocolate so we give her a couple glasses of chocolate milk every day to keep her regular and we don't have to worry about constipation or her tummy having so much pressure on it from being constipated that she can't eat or is throwing up.
