Fever toddlers: when to worry?

If it's a low grade fever (above 98.6 degrees but under 100 degrees) , it's not bothering them and there are no other symptoms, I tend to monitor it but let it run its course

If it's a higher grade fever of more than 100 degrees and/or there are other symptoms (pain from teething, ear infection or something else), I may call the pediatrician and/or give some pain relief medication like Infant Tylenol or Infant Ibuprofen.
