If your symptoms are mild and you have no problems breathing start with home remedies.

A warm bath or shower can help with aching muscles. Steam from the shower can help with congested sinuses. Saline sprays up the nose can help relieve congestion. Drinking warm water with lemon and honey can help sooth a sore throat and cough. Try sleeping upright to help reduce congestion.

If you are vomiting drink sips of water or electrolyte drinks. Take a few bites of crackers here and there but don't eat too much too soon. Try chicken broth too.

Tylenol is generally consider safe during pregnancy and can help with a fever and aches and pains. Make sure to not take more than the recommended dose. If you do not start to feel better after a few days you need to see your doctor. If you show any signs of dehydration you need to see your doctor sooner rather than later. Make sure you take care of yourself.
