One thing I've found that works as a fitness tip, or even forming any other habits, is to start with just a little bit and work up. The first step tends to be what gets people, so after that you're golden. So start with one jumping jack, or one push-up, anything to get you started, then increase gradually.


I am currently trying out the Misfit Shine...it's a device ​that estimates the calories i burn each day based on my activity level and how much i move around.


. I personally think that you can incorporate your children into your workouts. You don't have to find a sitter and go to a gym. You can go for a run with them, take them on bike rides, go to the pool, or just get out and run with them.
