Simple foods for toddler, soft cooked finger foods cut into pea size bites. Chicken, turkey, hamburger, fish, vegetables - potatoes, carrots, squash, broccoli & cauliflower, don't be afraid to add some butter and spices but keep it mild. Add a little cinnamon on apple pieces cut to the size of a pea. I add butter and breast milk into potatoes and sweet potatoes to give it a good consistency. Get creative with mixing fruit with vegetables too.
