Baths can be great to help relax you and help with the aches and pains of pregnancy. The biggest tip I would say is make sure the water is not to hot. Its not good to get over heated for you or the baby. If you start feeling overheated or nauseous you should get out. A cool rag on your neck and forehead can help you stay cool. Also you need to be careful when getting in and out of the tub. It is easier to slip when you are pregnant and off balance.
