Eating healthy and getting some exercise is the best way to loose that extra weight . It is important to drink plenty of fluids also . It can be tough to find time to exercise but even small amounts help . A walk with the little one can be a great way to get exercise and help relive stress . Try to eat small meals and healthy snacks through out the day .
