First of all don't stress it . It will take your body awhile to heal and get back to normal after having a baby . Try and rest when you can and eat healthy meals and small snacks through the day . Drink lots of water and once you are up to getting a bit of exercise you can go for a walk with baby in a wrap or stroller . Start slowly whatever exercise you do , you need to make sure your body is healed .
