So, around when Eliana was 2 months, and I had quit pumping, I started to exercise every other day. Then, I moved to every day. I also started moving more naturally. I stood more than sitting down. I incorporated Eliana into my exercises.

I also started counting calories. I was able to figure out where I needed to cut calories. I kept a food journal that I still use now. I wrote down every calorie that I took in. When you are writing it down, and you see the calories, it is so much easier to turn down the cookie someone offers you or to get a second helping at dinner.
