I'm a breastfeeding mom, and I have been losing a lot of weight. Drink lots of water, eat lots of fruits/veggies. Exercise wise , I walk, squat, and do core exercises. Planks , lower back, and side muscles exercises are great. I don't overdue it since being sore & taking care of a baby isn't fun. . . I prefer to do it moderately.


When you are breastfeeding you shouldn't lose more than a pound a week. Eat a healthy, well balanced diet. Start your exercise out slow and increase it slightly each day. If you start to see a drop in your milk supply you might need to decrease your exercise or increase you intake.
