During pregnancy, don't try to limit your calories too much. I have read that you should eat 300 calories more than when you are not pregnant. I count my calories so figuring that out next time will help.

In my opinion, just be careful. If you notice you are hungry more often than you think, drink a glass of water. Sometimes, hunger is your body's way of telling you you are thirsty. Then, if you are still hungry try to choose a nutritional snack.
