Drink 8 cups of water per day. Eat lot of fruits and vegetables. Oatmeal should help producing more breastmilk. Eat small. Try not to get yourself full after a huge meal, small like 6-7 small meals a day.

Keep healthy snacks around to nibble on and drink lots of water.
