It's most likely thrust if the white stuff on her tongue doesn't go away in between feedings.

It looks like a white cheesy plaque on the gums, inside of the cheeks, tongue it can be easily removed with a cotton swab. The doctor prescribed a good oral hygiene. I took the bandage wound it on my little finger, dipped in a 2% solution of baking soda (baking soda diluted in boiled water) and rub the gums, cheeks, tongue and then applied antifungal gel (or cream) to the gums and cheeks.

A cool washcloth . My grandmother who is almost 90 said that when any of her children had this thrush she would use a cloth with A small dab of the baby's urine omit and it cleared up every time.

When breastfeeding, a baby will have white in the mouth. It appears on the tongue and gums often. They may cry from the discomfort as well. You may develop a yeast rash on your breasts as well.

Talk to your doctor if you/baby develop thrush. You can try things naturally or get a prescription.
