my daughter is congested to and her doctor said to try rubbing vicks on the bottom of her feet and alittle on her chest and to put a pillow under her crib mattress so its propped up and to bundle her up and take her outside to get some fresh air

I would also suggest to sit in a bathroom with the hot water running to steam up the room it'll help relieve the congestion.

I think the vapo bath is just something you add to warm water that gives off a scent that helps with congestion... I have never used it but heard it works great!

You can also bring a pot of water to a boil on the stove. When it boils, turn the heat down to a simmer. The steam will moisten the air and loosen

congestion (even in other rooms). You may add water throughout the day as the water boils away. Just don't forget about it before you leave the house or go to sleep. I've tried this; it really works!

I also use the Vicks vapor plugs to help with congestion. They work all throughout the house and are fairly inexpensive.
