It is completely normal. The pressure from the baby is pushing down on you, which causes much discomfort. Kegel exercises will help strengthen those pelvic muscles so do as much as those as you can. You can do them anytime. You can do them while doing chores, while sitting, or while lying down.


Yes it is totally normal, especially as you near the end. There is a lot of pressure from the baby pressing down on the pelvis and every thing can get sore. Try and sit and rest as much as you can if you are having a lot of pain.
