Exercising while pregnancy is the best thing you can do for your body and your baby. It's ideal to start working out BEFORE you get pregnant, but with your doctors advise, you can definitely start working out during pregnancy.

Now, while doing ab workouts are beneficial, you don't want to do any ab exercises that require you to lay on your back. Instead, you could do:

*Gentle standing pelvic tilts

*seated belly breathing

*tighteing abs, holding, then releasing
