A wet cough that lasts longer than four weeks is not normal and may be a sign of chest disease. A wet cough sounds ‘chesty’ and phlegmy. Treatments:
-plenty of fluids
-cough medicines are not useful for treating cough. However honey may be helpful for a cough due to a viral upper respiratory tract infection
-steam:using a warm steam vaporizer, as well as blowing their nose several times during a steam treatment.
-an upright sleeping position, allowing for easier breathing during sleep.

Vicks and a humidifier works best!

You know, I don't think any mother aims to be a single mom. I didn't wish for that, but it happened.
