How to find time for fitness as a mom

As a Mother, there is likely always going to be something else that you need to do. Fitness is one of those things that you have to decide is a must, if you are going to do it, and squeeze it in. We have a gym membership, so I get to take the children with me. Sometimes they go to daycare at the gym, so I can lift weights, etc.


I wake up at 5 am before my whole family does and I work out at that time and I also work out again at night and do yoga with my kids
