The best and most important tip I can share for coping with child loss after childbirth is to have a support network in whatever shape or form, whether it's online or in real life with friends, family, therapists or grief support groups.

Keeping busy or distracted can help and so can channeling your anger into something productive like holding a fundraiser for your child's cause.

Accept help if offered.

Try not to make sudden life decisions or self medicate with drugs and alcohol.
