With my twin pregnancy, 37 weeks was considered full term. I delivered at 36.5 weeks so Henry was slightly premature.

With a multiples pregnancy (meaning you're expecting more than one baby at the same time), you'll be considered high risk. This will involve lots of extra tests like NSTs (non-stress tests) and ultrasounds, and doctor's appointments for monitoring. Towards the end, you'll be seeing the doctor on a weekly basis.

If you follow your doctor's orders and try to maintain a healthy lifestyle by eating nutritious food, drinking lots of extra water, getting plenty of rest, and exercising gently, you'll probably greatly increase your chances of carrying to 37 weeks.
