If your children are not eating fatty fish at least once a week, giving them a daily fish oil supplement might be a good idea.

Fish oil contains omega-3 fatty acids (specifically DHA and EPA) that experts believe are important for your children's brain and eye development. Cold water fish also referred to as fatty fish – contain the highest amounts of omega-3s.


Yes, it is very good for children of all ages. Though I don't think I've given it to mine under a year but my memory is going so who knows.
