If you don't have insurance through an employer, you can go to your state Social Services department (in the US) and get Medicaid for Pregnant Women. The income guidelines are different than for other medicaid programs. You will need to have a positive pregnancy statement from a physician that states what your expected due date is. Medicaid for Pregnant Women will cover you from the time of your first prenatal appointment until after the baby's birth.
