Bloating is a very annoying and very common early pregnancy symptom. During pregnancy the hormone changes can cause your bowels to become sluggish. Usually this bloating gets well on it's own after a few weeks but in some cases it can hang around longer. Going for a walk every day and mild exercise will help to keep your bowels moving and reduce the pressure and bloating. Avoid gassy foods such as soda and certain vegetables. One cup of coffee a day can help keep your bowel movements regular since caffeine is a stimulant. If the bloating and pressure gets worse and you can not find relief with natural remedies your doctor may be able to recommend a medication safe for pregnancy.
