Newborn nurses all night long: is it normal?

Completely normal. Your newborn will eat frequently for many reasons. Their stomach is very tiny and only hold about 5-7mls of milk. Newborns are not always very effective at eating and it may take them longer to get how much milk they need. Newborns need to eat every two hours but many would want to eat more than that. Newborns always love to suck and love to be skin to skin with their mom. Breastfeeding all night long is comforting and calming to your newborn.
