I think whether your pregnant or not everything in moderation is the way to go . Now when you are pregnant there are some things that you have to avoid , certain things that are not safe to eat . For everything else just do it in moderation . Make sure to get a lot of fruits and veggies and good sources of protein . Cut back on things like caffeine and junk food . You know what though , if you feel like having a treat or some chips , have them . Just don't eat the whole package and make sure you are getting enough of the good stuff you and your baby need !!!


Sticking to a diet that has as little non-processed food as possible is always best for pregnancy. It definitely helps in having a healthy baby.
