If I was having a stressful or hard day would try meditation to help me relax and it usually worked. I sat down with my legs crosses, closed my eyes, took slow deep breathes, and thought about good things. I slowly relaxed each muscle group in my body with every breath I took. During these sessions I could feel my heart rate slow down and I felt calmer.
