Benefits of exercise during pregnancy:
- sufficient uterine blood flow is directed to the placenta during exercise and the uterine circulation is also able to increase the amount of oxygen it extract from the mother's blood to compensate for the exercise requirements.
-swimming, cycling, walking makes heart pump faster than normal and so increase stamina.
-yoga improves flexibility.
