Ovary pain is very common, especially in early pregnancy. When your ovary releases an egg is first develops a cyst, the egg comes out of that cyst. That cyst helps with hormone production. When you get pregnant that cyst will shrink and go away but sometimes it gets bigger first or shrinks slowly. It can cause pain or discomfort. It should resolve on it's own within a few weeks.
