examples for me and my toddlers (Hubby is usually the same but he might make him self something else) breakfast: steel cut oats, w/ a little 100% maple syrup, and brown sugar cinnamon, a piece of toast w/ peanut butter, lunch: grilled cheese, tomato soup, and dinner: cobb salad w/ some hard boiled eggs for added protein, veggie and rice noodles with some tofu and stir fry veggies on top, (liquid aminos, healthy version of soy sauce), and dairy and flour brownies for desert,,, this was what we ate today.
