With all the hormones you have when you are pregnant, bad moods are a common thing. You are extra sensitive. You can do all kinds of things to help your mood. Sometimes a nap can make a huge difference. You can go for a walk, sit outside, listen to upbeat music, watch a funny movie, pray, meditate, talk to a good friend. You could even go shopping for yourself or your baby. A little retail therapy can do wonders.
