How to discipline ADHD child: positive reinforcement

Message length 300 characters recommended

ADHD children can really test your patience! Try to remember that they cannot help some of their behaviors though, it's part of their condition to be hyper, forgetful and to need directions repeated. Make sure that you don't just react to the negatives, discuss the positives as well! It's great to praise them for good behavior and it will likely make them strive to continue to do what you are praising them for. Remember, our kids want to make us happy!
