Rib pain is very common in late pregnancy. Your growing baby and uterus begin to push up into your ribs. Your other internal organs are all squished up into your ribs too.

Some simple exercises and stretches a few times a day can help ease rib pain. Try to stretch your body out to relieve pressure off your ribs. Change positions frequently to change the pressure as well.
