A healthy diet is a big part of fertility. I don't know of any specific foods but I do know a balanced diet and healthy weight help a great deal. Also taking daily vitamins maybe even prenatals. Try to cut back on anything you ingest that isn't good for you. Think about all the things you would and wouldn't do if you were pregnant and try to apply them to your daily routine. And think positive!
