Nuts are a great snack, they are healthy and packed with nutrients. Dried fruits are another one that I keep on hand, they are easy to keep in the car or diaper bag and very healthy. Granola bars and breakfast bars are good too. At home we have plenty of cheese, fruits, and vegetables on hand that the kids are allowed to eat whenever they are hungry.


I love easy snack food to take along with us but I also want them to be nutritional. I usually buy things like chees sticks and go gurts or the squeezable fruit pouches . Granola bars are a good one too. Sometimes we just grab a banana or apple. I also have little containers that I put crackers and raisins and things like that in.
