Walking: is it enough for loosing weight?

I'm a breast-feeding mom and that does help me lose some of the weight. I also incorporate more fruits and veggies and lean meats in my diet and I continue taking prenatal vitamins. Exercise most definitely helps as well (walking and yoga for me)


Walking sounds so good, I need to lose weight so that might be a good thing.
