Gaining weight in a healthy way tips

You could eat a lot of good fats, nuts, cheese and yogurt to see if that helped you gain weight. If you are a very active person, you could cut back on some of your exercise so those good fats, nuts, cheese and yogurt would add pounds to the scale.

I've never had problems gaining weight so this question was a little tough for me.
