Breastfeeding is a great way a lot of moms loose that baby weight. Try to eat as healthy as you can and get plenty of water . Walking is a great exercise after baby comes . You can out baby in the stroller or wrap and off you go! remember that you just grew a baby, it takes time to get back to a normal weight.
