First of all I am very sorry for your loss. Please take care of yourself and give yourself plenty of time to grieve and heal.

The loss of your baby is not your fault and there is nothing you did wrong. Don't beat yourself up or second guess anything you did. Surround yourself with support. Friends and family can be a good support system but they might not understand what you are going through. Find a local or online support group for parents coping with the loss of their baby. Consider seeing a therapist for support and to talk about your feelings.

It takes time to cope with the loss and you will probably always feel a sense of loss. Do whatever feels right or helps you through the grieving process. I suggest taking a ton of pictures of your baby, there are many photographers who will come to the hospital for free. Take your time before looking at the photos, it may take awhile before you ever look at them but having them will be a treasure.

Feel free to send me a message if you need help finding support or resources.
