It is absolutely normal. Gender specific toys do not exist to children. Although my son has never taken an interest in dolls, I have had nephews do so and it's perfectly fine. A doll stroller of one of my nieces helped her younger brother learn to walk as he pushed it around the house. Anything they can push around, as long as it is safe, will aide them in reaching that milestone. And, even after they walk, it is still fun for them to push something around.

Totally normal and their is nothing wrong with it at all. My boys always loved to pusch things around as the learned to walk and even as they got a bit older.
