I you are comfortable breastfeeding without a cover go for it! I used a nursing blanket for the first 3 months until my daughter layed peek a boob. I stopped using a cover and wear layers like a nursing tank top and shirt over to lift up to feed her. My daughter is 16 months and i'm still breastfeeding and do it uncovered in stores when she's fussy and hungry and her snacks just wont do. It's your choice.

I'm not comfortable breastfeeding in public in the open I go to the bathroom and feed my baby with her blanket covering us both.

I breast feed every where! Literally, if shes hungry I give it to her just cover her with a blanket to be discreet.
