How to use Singulair for asthma

It is not a rescue inhaler so you will need one of those if you will be exercising strenuously.

Singulair is given in 3 forms... granules, chewable, and a tablet. Based on the age of the person taking the medication, it will determine what form you get. The granules are for the youngest child and they can be put directly in the mouth or mixed with a teaspoon of formula or breastmilk or a spoonful of a soft food that the baby can swallow without difficulty.
