My daughters soccer coach likes the girls to have a snack at half-time and after the game. Some half-time snack ideas are: grapes, oranges, strawberries and bananas.

Ideas for after the game snacks are: crackers, granola bars, string cheese, graham crackers, etc. for drinks we take 100% juice, gatorade or water.
